Povzetek

POVZETEK S pričujočim diplomskim delom želimo prikazati osnove komunikacije in predstaviti notranje komuniciranje v podjetju. Opredelili bomo medsebojne odnose, zagnanost za delo in odkrivali stile vodenja. Narejena je bila analiza stopnje zadovoljstva z notranjo komunikacijo v podjetju ATech d.o.o. Raziskali smo tudi o čem se zaposleni največ pogovarjajo med odmori za malico in kosilo, kakšni so njihovi medsebojni odnosi ter kakšna je njihova zagnanost za delo. Zanimalo nas je, katere medije podjetje uporablja za komunikacijo in kakšen je slog vodenja. Podatki za raziskavo so bili pridobljeni s pomočjo ankete in obdelani s statističnim programom SPSS. Skrivnost uspešne notranje komunikacije je v dvosmerni in svobodni izmenjavi informacij ter v medsebojni usklajenosti neverbalnih in verbalnih sporočil. Lahko je formalna ali neformalna. Njeni cilji so: identifikacija zaposlenih z organizacijo, socializacija zaposlenih, razvijanje pozitivnih medsebojnih odnosov, informiranje in izobraževanje zaposlenih ter doseganje lojalnosti in motivacije pri zaposlenih. Glavni vir informacij za zaposlene naj bi bili njihovi predpostavljeni. Vendar največ informacij o dogajanju v podjetju še vedno dobivajo od sodelavcev, torej preko govoric. Zato zaposleni menijo, da komunikacija ne poteka zelo dobro, kar pomeni, da vodstvo podcenjuje komunikacijske potrebe zaposlenih. Pomanjkljivosti so predvsem v enosmernosti komunikacij in v ustnih dogovorih med zaposlenimi. Odnosi v podjetju ostajajo večinoma na strokovni ravni. To potrjuje tudi vsebina pogovorov med zaposlenimi v času odmorov za malico. Pogovori se vrtijo okrog tekočih zadev pri delu in z njimi povezanimi aktualnimi dogodki v svetu. Zaposleni si med seboj zaupajo, kar je pomembno za razvojni oddelek, proizvodnjo, kontrolni, prodajni in vse druge oddelke. Motivacijski delavniki, ki jih vodstvo uporablja, nimajo daljšega učinka, saj se zaposlenim zagnanost za delo dokaj hitro iz dobre spremeni v slabo zagnanost za delo. Vodstvo ne pripisuje dovolj velike pomembnosti povratnim informacijam in evaluaciji svojih motivacijskih metod. Možnosti je veliko, zato lahko vpeljejo kakšno drugo metodo za motiviranje zagnanosti zaposlenih za delo. Zaposleni gojijo pripadnost do podjetja in zaupajo odločitvam vodstva. Vendar prave povezave med njimi in vodstvom ni. V podjetju ATech je vodenje avtokratsko. Stil vodenja je primeren, kar potrjuje trenutni položaj podjetja. Ne moremo se izogniti mislim, da je podjetje močno obrnjeno navzven, v javnost in njeno mnenje, v razvoj izdelkov in rast podjetja. Vendar premalo pozornosti posveča potrebam svojega kadra, ki je ključnega pomena za njegov obstoj.

Sekundarni povzetek: ABSTRACT The goal of diploma thesis is to introduce the basics of communication and internal communication in a company. We will define mutual relations, motivation for work and discover leadership style. An actual analysis of the situation in ATech internal communication has been done. We have explored themes employees are talking about during meal breaks, at which level are their mutual relations and how much they are motivated for work. We were also interested in mediums applied in internal communication and leadership style. The research data have been accuired by a questionnaire among employees than after that analysed with SPSS. The secret of the efficient internal communication lies in two-way and free communication and also reciprocal coordination of verbal and nonverbal messages. It can be formal or non-formal. Its final aims are: employees identification with work, employees socialization, positive mutual relations development, informing and employees education in loyalty and motives for work. The main source of the information should be a superior. But most employees doesn't get them formaly. They still get the most of information about company from co-workers, therefore trough rumour. In general the employees share the opinion that communication doesn't flow very well as the company underestimates the communication needs of the employed. The disadventages are mainly in one way communication and agreements between employes on verbal level only. Mutual relations mostly base on professional level. Regular conversation themes during meal breaks among employees do confirm that. They talk about current affairs in the company, closely linked with topical themes around the world. Employees have adequate confidence to eachother. Such point of view is convenient for developmnet department, manufacture yield, supervision, sale and all other departments. Motivational factors leadership is performing do not have any-long term effects. Evidently most employees rather quick lose their good motivation for work, which easily turns out to bad one. Leadership should devote more of their attention to importance of return information and also to evaluation of motivational methods ever used. There are many alternatives so they can interlace any of them whenever they choose to motivate employees for work again. Employees are adherent to the company and they trust to leadership resolutions. But there is no particular connection between employees and leadership. Its style is autocratic. It is adequate with regard to its successful current status. We can not avoid reflection the company is exceedingly turned outward, to public and its beliefs, advanced products and to company growth. Yet not enough attention goes up to employees needs. Employees are in the literal meaning significant for ATech subsistence on the market.
