Abstract

Secondary title: Classic and collaborative robot in an industrial environment
Secondary abstract: The master thesis presents the problematics of classic and collaborative robots in an industrial environment. The basic characteristics of both types of robots, the areas of application thereof and their advantages and disadvantages are presented. Data on statistical research on industrial robots and forecasts for the future are also presented. The problematics of lean robotics is discussed in the continuation, where the course of introducing a particular type of robot into the production process is defined in more detail. A comparison of a classic and a collaborative robot is also shown here in an industrial application. In the conclusion, an economic analysis of both types of robots is presented in terms of investment costs. The economic analysis also involves calculating the ROI factor.
