Abstract

V magistrskem delu je opisan razvoj plastičnega nosilca senzorja mrtvega kota v avtomobilski industriji. Nosilec je bil razvit na podlagi predpisanih fiktivnih vhodnih podatkov in zahtev izključno za namen magistrskega dela. Zbrane, opisane in upoštevane so bile omejitve in smernice, ki veljajo pri zasnovi brizganih plastičnih delov. Posebna pozornost je bila posvečena geometrijski stabilnosti 3D modelov, kar je omogočilo enostavno implementacijo popravkov in sprememb. Na modelu so bile izvedene analize debelin, kontaktov, kotov izvleka in trdnosti. S pomočjo le-teh smo potrdili ustreznost nosilca glede na naše zahteve in ga po potrebi izboljševali.

Secondary title: Development of a blind spot sensor bracket
Secondary abstract: This thesis describes development of a blind spot sensor bracket in automotive industry. The bracket was developed on basis of a made-up input data and requirements purposefully for this master thesis. We gathered, described and considered limitations and guidelines regarding injection moulding parts. We especially paid attention to 3D models’ structure, which enabled us to easily implement corrections and improvements. We performed analyses on the built 3D geometry in order to ensure fulfilment of all requirements and recognise possible needs for improvements.
