Pomen inovativnosti v poslovnem modelu

Abstract

V zadnjih letih smo tako v Sloveniji kot v svetu priča številnim spremembam. V poslovnem svetu je sprememba edina stalnica uspešnega dela. Glede na to, da je v obdobju krize leta 2008 narasla velika brezposelnost, se je veliko ljudi odločilo za podjetniško pot. Eden temeljnih pogojev uspeha v poslovnem svetu je tudi skrbno pripravljen in premišljen poslovni načrt podjetja, ki skupaj s poslovnim modelom tvori celoto. Ko imamo zares dobro podjetniško idejo, moramo pripraviti še poslovni model in poslovni načrt. Poslovni model je listina, dokument, načrt, ki nas pelje po poti. Na tej poti moramo mimo ovir, ki se pojavijo. Je naš kompas, ki nas privede do cilja. V pričujočem diplomskem delu bomo predstavili podjetje Evegreen. Podjetje Evegreen je mlado zagonsko podjetje, ki dosega odlične rezultate. S svojo ustvarjalnostjo in inovativnostjo so razvili poslovni model, s katerim so postali uspešno podjetje na globalnem trgu. V teoretičnem delu se bomo sprehodili skozi inovativnost v poslovnem modelu. Pogledali bomo, kakšen je pomen poslovnega modela glede inovativnosti pri zagotavljanju trajnosti organizacije ter kako se kaže vloga inovativnosti poslovnega modela v samem podjetju. V praktičnem delu pa bomo na primeru zagonskega podjetja tudi pokazali, da je poslovni model treba sproti prilagajati in razširjati, saj je le tako podjetje lahko uspešno.

Secondary abstract:	In recent years, we have witnessed many changes in Slovenia and in the world. In the business world, change is the only constant of successful work. Given the high unemployment rate following the crisis of 2008, many people have opted to start their entrepreneurial path. One of the basic conditions for success in the business world is a carefully prepared and methodical business plan of the company, which combined with the business model forms a whole. Once we have a really good business idea, we have to come up with a business model and business plan. A business model is a guideline, a document, a plan that takes us along the way. We must overcome the obstacles that arise along the way. It is our compass that brings us to our destination. In this diploma thesis, we will introduce the company Evegreen. Evegreen is a young startup that is delivering great results. Through their creativity and innovation, they have developed a business model that turned them into a successful company on the global market. In the theoretical part, we will walk through innovation in the business model. We will look at the importance of the business model in terms of innovation in ensuring the sustainability of an organization and how the role of business model innovation is reflected in the company itself. In the practical part, we will use an example of a startup to show that the business model needs to be constantly adapted and expanded, as only this way a company can be successful.
