Abstract

Tema magistrskega dela je zasnova regijskega izobraževalnega centra za otroke s posebnimi potrebami. Umeščen je v staro mestno jedro Krškega, ki smo ga v uvodnem delu magistrskega dela podrobneje opisali in predstavili. Preverjeni sta bili dve potencialni lokaciji. V teoretičnem delu se posvečamo raziskavam, prostorskim analizam in podatkom, na podlagi katerih ugotavljamo primernost lokacij. V nadaljevanju se posvečamo ciljni skupini ter proučujemo sociološko in načrtovalsko področje. Izluščili smo bistvene dejavnike in parametre, ki jih je treba upoštevati pri načrtovanju arhitekture za otroke s posebnimi potrebami za ustrezno zasnovo in tudi oblikovanje notranjosti. Pri arhitekturni zasnovi centra za otroke s posebnimi potrebami smo na podlagi analiz in značilnosti v prostoru zasnovali objekt, ki je umeščen v grajeni in programski kontekst. Pozorni smo bili tudi na podrobnejšo zasnovo in ustvarjanje ambientov, saj smo želeli v prostore vnesti čim več naravne svetlobe. Pri tem smo ustvarili občutek prostega teka prostora, smiselnih povezav znotraj objekta in navzven ob zagotavljanju funkcionalnosti programske zasnove. Slednjo smo oblikovali v sodelovanju z Osnovno šolo dr. Mihajla Rostoharja Krško in Občino Krško. Z zasnovo stavbe posavskega regijskega centra za otroke s posebnimi potrebami smo želeli odgovoriti na družbene in prostorske probleme v širšem in ožjem prostoru.

Secondary abstract: The present master’s thesis is focused on the design of a regional educational centre for children with special needs in old town centre of Krško, which is presented in the introduction. The screening of two possible locations was conducted. The theoretical part focuses on choosing a suitable location based on research, spatial analysis, and data. The theoretical part further focuses on the target group and examines the sociological and design fields. It aims to extract factors and parameters that need to be taken into account when planning the architecture and properly designing the facility as well as the interior. When drafting the centre for children with special needs, we have designed a facility positioned in the programme context based on the analyses and the characteristics of the space. Attention has been paid to both a detailed design and a creation of an ambient, with ambition to bring as much daylight into the interior space as possible. In creating such a space, a feeling of a free flow and infinity has been created, while keeping functionality and the programming in the forefront. The latter was designed in cooperation with the existing and functioning primary school of dr. Mihajlo Rostohar Krško and the Municipality of Krško. With the design of this regional centre for children with special needs, we aimed to answer the sociological and spatial problems in wider and smaller scale.
