Abstract

Nahajamo se v času kjer je vpliv socialnih omrežij na delovanje organizacij, ki se ukvarjajo z iskanjem in selekcijo kandidatov, vse večji. Eden izmed pomembnejših vidikov delovanja zaposlitvenih agencij tako butičnih kot tistih, ki se ukvarjajo z zaposlovanjem srednjih do nižjih delovnih mest, je stroškovna učinkovitost. Socialna omrežja, tako profesionalna kot tista za zasebno rabo so odprla vrata skoraj neomejenemu viru informacij oz. kandidatov. Skozi diplomsko nalogo se bomo poglobili v aspekte do katere mere lovci na glave uporabljajo socialna omrežja in ali pri svojem delu uporabljajo tako profesionalna kot družabna socialna omrežja.

Secondary abstract: Modern headhunting organizations are facing a heavy pressure from social media sites, which are delegating the way that work is done. One of the most important views of any headhunting organization is being cost effective. Media sites professional and social are solving that problem with a large base of potential candidates, available on hand. Through the thesis we delve into finding out, to which extent headhunting organization use social media sites and if at their work they use both social and professional media sites.
