Abstract

Izhodišča: Avtonomni živčni sistem deluje v veliki meri nezavedno in ureja osnovne, življenjsko pomembne telesne funkcije. Namen magistrskega dela je ugotoviti, katere teste vsebuje EKG holter Medilog AR12 plus, raziskati, kateri grafični prikazi se beležijo pri testiranju, opisati spremenljivke in oceniti delovanje avtonomnega živčevja z EKG holter sistemom. Metode: V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo opisali teste avtonomnega živčevja in uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela. Članke in vire smo pridobili iz različnih obstoječih strokovnih domačih in tujih virov. Kvalitativno raziskavo smo opravili z EKG holter aparatom Schiller Medilog AR12 plus, s katerim smo izvedli test izometričnega statičnega stiska rok. Pridobljene podatke smo nato obdelali s programsko opremo za analizo podatkov Schiller Medilog DARWIN 2. Diskusija in zaključek: V raziskavi smo ugotovili, da se pri zdravih odraslih parametri v kardiovaskularnem sistemu, kot sta krvni tlak in frekvenca srca, na koncu izvedbe testa izometričnega stiska rok povišata.

Secondary abstract: Introduction: The autonomic nervous system works largely unconsciously and regulates basic, vital functions of the body. The purpose of the master's thesis is to determine which tests the ECG Holter Medilog AR12 plus contains and to investigate which graphical representations are recorded during testing, to describe the variables and evaluate the functioning of the autonomic nervous system with the ECG Holter system. Methods: In the theoretical part of the master's thesis the autonomic nervous tests are described and the descriptive method of work is used. Scientific papers and sources were acquired from various existing professional domestic and foreign sources. The qualitative study was carried out with the ECG Holter Medilog AR12 plus device, which was used to perform the isometric static handgrip test. The obtained data were subsequently analysed with the software equipment for data analysis, the Schiller Medilog DARWIN 2. Discussion and conclusion: The study demonstrated that in healthy adults, the parameters of the cardiovascular system, such as blood pressure and heart rate, at the end of the performance of the isometric handgrip test, increase.
