diplomsko delo Visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa I. stopnje Strojništvo
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo prikazali potek zasnove in izdelave hidravličnega prototipa Stewartove ploščadi, ki omogoča gibanje v šestih prostostnih stopnjah in je namenjena predvsem šolanju pilotov. Osnovna ideja je izdelati pomanjšan prototip ploščadi, na katerem bi se lahko v nadaljevanju gradilo, izpopolnjevalo ter izobraževalo. Prototip manjše hidravlične ploščadi smo zasnovali brez predhodnih izkušenj. Sestavljena je iz dveh nepravilnih šestkotnikov in šestih aktuatorjev. V našem primeru smo uporabili hidravlične valje in hidravlični agregat ter elektro-hidravlični krmilni sistem. Pri tem smo izdelali tudi program za krmiljenje prototipa ter hidravlično shemo.

Secondary abstract: |
The diploma illustrates the design process and the production of the prototype of the Stewart platform, which allows movement in six degrees of freedom, especially intended for pilot training. The basic idea was to produce a smaller prototype of the platform, which allows further development, improvement and training. The prototype of a smaller hydraulic platform was designed without previous experience. It consists of two irregular hexagons and six actuators; for this prototype six hydraulic cylinders and a hydraulic power unit as well as an electro-hydraulic control system are provided. In addition, a control programme and a hydraulic diagram have been prepared. |
