magistrsko delo
Abstract
V empiričnem delu smo raziskali odnos in poznavanje NTC metode s strani strokovnih delavcev.

ǂThe ǂuse of the NTC method by adults and its influence on the development of children in the first three years |
Secondary abstract: |
This MA thesis consists of theoretical and empirical research. The purpose of it is to obtain knowledge about the NTC method with an emphasis on its use with working with young children and the importance of early development of children from birth to three years of age. In the theoretical part, we present the NTC (Nurture of Talented Children) method of learning, which strongly emphasizes the importance of early development of children, especially in the first age period. We explain how a child's brain develops and how we can influence the development of synapses in the brain that contribute to the development of biological potentials. We also examine potential obstacles and traps we can encounter, that can inhibit the child's development and prevent the development of biological potentials to full extent. In the empirical part, we explore if the NTC method is known by professional educators and their attitude towards it. We were interested in their opinion on early development. We used descriptive and causal-non-experimental methods of empirical pedagogical research. With the help of survey questionnaires, we obtained data that we processed at the level of descriptive and inferential statistics. What we found was that educators mostly know the NTC method of learning and also use it in their work, as they are fully aware of the importance of early development of a child. |
