diplomska naloga
Abstract

Life has become very timed in modern times, which has led to the introduction of technologies that are supposed to make everyday tasks easier for humans. As a result, the question arises as to whether everyone who encounters new technologies has a positive experience because technology is helpful and satisfying to them, or whether they are simply afraid to get used to and incorporate technology into their lives. Accordingly, the purpose of the this work is to present and examinate the existence of two phenomena, namely, technophilia (passion and satisfaction with the use of modern technologies) and technophobia (fear of the use of technologies in general) as two of the possible responses of people to the use of modern technology. The results of empirical research among individuals showed the presence of both phenomena. The younger generations who grow up with modern technology will find it easier to accept this and its updates than the older ones, who find it harder to adapt to the rapid development of technology and its usability. |
