Abstract

Secondary title: ǂThe ǂimpact of kindergarten football training on motor efficiency in children
Secondary abstract: The aim of this diploma thesis entitled Influence of football kindergarten on children's motor efficiency is - in its theoretical part - to present motor skills and their development, motor development factors as well as optimal impact of quality physical activity on motor development and motor efficiency of preschool children. In the empirical part, the motor tests are presented in more detail, while the obtained research results are analysed. A non-random sample of the population of children aged between 4 and 6 years has been used. Our purpose has been to investigate how additional physical activity, i.e., soccer exercise, affects children's motor performance. The obtained data have been processed by quantitative technique and bivariate analysis with the method of differences analysis, using T-test for independent samples and verification of differences in motor efficiency between the groups. The results of the processing have confirmed our hypothesis. It has been found that children who attend an additional sports activity, i.e., soccer practice, are more motor-efficient than children who do not participate in exercise.
