Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo proučevali pridobivanje in selekcijo kadrov v Gimnaziji X.
V uvodnem delu je opredeljen in opisan problem, ki na gimnaziji predstavlja vprašanje, na kakšen način sestaviti ustrezen program za pridobivanje in selekcijo pedagoških kadrov v skladu s strogo zakonodajo, ki organizacijam ne dopušča, da bi se same odločale pridobiti ustrezne kadre. Cilj je torej ugotoviti, na kakšen način na Gimnaziji X poteka pridobivanje in selekcija kadrov ter kako je proces mogoče izboljšati. Uporabili smo opisno metodo, pri čemer smo si pomagali z domačo in tujo literaturo, ravno tako smo uporabili metodo kompilacije, ki je uporabljena v celotni nalogi. Podatke za izvedbo emipiričnega dela smo pridobili z uporabo intervjuja in ankete, ki smo jih za dosego cilja ustrezno analizirali. V zaključnem delu pa smo uporabili metodo sinteze.
V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela so podane osnove s področja pridobivanja in selekcije kadrov. Proučili smo človeške vire, ki se morajo nenehno prilagajati spremembam na trgu dela v organizaciji. Opredelili smo tudi zakonodajo, ki organizacijo pri pridobivanju in zaposlovanju človeških virov zavezuje na večje število zakonov, podzakonskih aktov, uredb in usmeritev.
V empiričnem delu smo vsa predhodna teoretična spoznanja podkrepili z raziskavo v realnem okolju. Raziskovalni del temelji na anketnem vprašalniku, ki je bil izveden med 34 strokovnimi zaposlenimi v gimnaziji X ter na intervjuju, ki smo ga izvedli z ravnateljico gimnazije. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da ima gimnazija na področju pridobivanja in selekcije kadrov dobro urejen sistem, z analizo intervjuja kot tudi ankete smo ugotovili, da se na področju pridobivanja in selekcije kadrov sistem da dopolniti. V sklepu smo pripravili smernice za izboljšave v delovanju pridobivanja in selekcije kadrov. To bi v prihodnosti gimnaziji pripomoglo k bolj učinkovitemu procesu pridobivanja in selekcije kadrov in k večji učinkovitosti ter uspešnosti celotne organizacije.

In the diploma thesis we studied the acquisition and selection of staff in Gymnasium X.
The introductory part defines and describes the problem, which in high school is the question of how to compile an appropriate program for the acquisition and selection of teachers in accordance with strict legislation that does not give organizations freedom of choice to decide staff by themselves. The aim is therefore to find out how staffing and selection takes place at Gymnasium X and how the process can be improved. We used a descriptive method, helping ourselves with domestic and foreign literature, and we also used the compilation method throughout the assignment. Data for the implementation of empirical work were obtained using interviews and surveys, which were properly analyzed to achieve the goal. In the final part we used the method of synthesis.
The theoretical part of the diploma thesis presents the basics in the field of staff acquisition and selection. We examined human resources, which must constantly adapt to changes in the labor market in the organization. We have also defined the legislation that binds the organization in the acquisition and employment of human resources to a larger number of laws, by-laws, regulations and guidelines.
In the empirical part, we supported all previous theoretical findings with research in a real environment. The research part is based on a questionnaire which was conducted among 34 professional employees in gymnasium X, and on an interview conducted with the principal of gymnasium. The results of the research showed that the gymnasium has a well-organized system in the field of recruitment and selection, and with the analysis of interviews and surveys we found that in the field of recruitment and selection the system can be supplemented. In the conclusion, we prepared guidelines for improvements in the operation of staff recruitment and selection. In the future, this would contribute to the gymnasium to a more efficient process of obtaining and selecting staff and to greater efficiency and effectiveness of the entire organization. |
