Abstract
Magistrska naloga temelji na konstruiranju in optimizaciji nosilca avtomobilskega odbijača. Glavna naloga je zmanjšati maso nosilca pri upoštevanju vseh zastavljenih omejitev in izpolnitvi vseh zastavljenih ciljev. Uvod sestoji iz predstavitve problema ter iz teoretičnih osnov optimizacije. Najprej je predstavljena delitev optimizacije, nato je podrobno opisana topološka optimizacija. V nadaljevanju sledi opis priprave modelov na optimizacijski proces v programu ProTOp. To zajema modeliranje, pripravo modelov v programskem paketu Abaqus ter nastavitev ciljev v programu ProTOp. Zadnji korak je izvedba optimiranja in vrednotenje dobljenih rezultatov.

Design and optimization of a car bumper carrier |
Secondary abstract: |
This master's degree is based on construction and optimization of a car bumper bracket. The main goal is reducing the mass of the bracket, while operating within the imposed restrictions and fulfilling the set goals. The introduction consists of presenting the problem and theoretical basics of optimization. The shared optimization is introduced, and the topological optimization is described in detail. Hereinafter the optimization process of the model, in the program ProTOp, is described. This includes modelling, preparing the models in software Abaqus and setting the goals in the software ProTOp. The last step is performing the optimization and evaluation of the obtained results. |
