Abstract

Dandanes je življenje s stresom postalo nekaj vsakdanjega, saj se je že vsakdo v življenju soočil s stresom. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega projekta smo povzeli stres kot občutek, ki nastane zaradi spreminjanja okolja, kateremu se moramo prilagajati. Spoznali smo, da se stres deli na več vrst, katere pa ni nujno, da so negativne. Ugotovili smo, da obstajajo tri faze stresa, ki se imenujejo tristopenjski model. Posameznik lahko ima hude posledice s tkivnimi okvarami, v kolikor doseže zadnjo fazo, t. i. faza izčrpanosti oz. izgorelosti. Pri posamezniku se najprej pojavijo simptomi, ki se kasneje spremenijo v posledice stresa. Simptomi in posledice pa ne nastopajo samo na ravneh posameznika, ampak tudi na ravni organizacije. Od posameznika je odvisno, kako ga posledice prizadanejo, vendar pa lahko posameznikove posledice vplivajo na delovanje celotne organizacije. Dodatno smo ugotovili, da se dejavniki stresa prav tako razlikujejo glede na izvor, in sicer ločimo dejavnike na delovnem mestu in izven njega. Ugotovili smo, kako prepoznati stres in njegov vpliv na posameznika in na organizacijo, vendar je stres potrebno prepoznati in pravilno ukrepati za njegovo odpravo. Tako smo spoznali, da obstajajo individualne metode in metode na ravni organizacije za premagovanje stresa. V drugem, praktičnem delu diplomskega projekta, smo raziskano teorijo preverili v izbranem Podjetju X. S pridobljeno teorijo iz prvega dela diplomskega projekta, smo imeli zadosti informacij za določitev stopnje stresa v proučevanem podjetju.

Secondary title: Stress and overcoming the stress of employees in the selected company
Secondary abstract: Nowadays, life with stress has become something of an everyday occurrence, as everyone has faced stress in their lifetime. In the theoretical part of the diploma project, we summarized stress as a feeling created by changing the environment to which we have to adapt. We have learned that stress is divided into several types, which are not necessarily negative. We found that there are three phases of stress called the three-stage model. An individual can have many consequences with tissue damage if he reaches the last stage, so called phase of exhaustion or burnout. An individual first develops symptoms that later turn into the effects of stress. Symptoms and consequences, however, occur not only at the level of the individual, but also at the level of the organization. It depends on the individual how the consequences affect him, but the consequences of the individual can affect the functioning of the entire organization. Additionally, we found that stress factors also differ according to origin, namely we separate factors in the workplace and outside it. We have figured out how to identify stress and its impact on the individual and on the organization, but stress needs to be identified and the right action taken to address it. So, we realized that there are individual methods and methods at the organization level to overcome stress. In the second, practical part of the diploma project, we tested the researched theory in the selected Company X. With the obtained theory from the first part of the diploma project, we had enough information to determine the level of stress in the studied company.
