Abstract

Secondary title: Comparison of algorithms for region of interest determination in remote photoplethysmography
Secondary abstract: Remote photoplethysmography is a field of remote measuring physiological parameters in skin tissue. Parameters are obtained through volume changes in microvascular system. Method is based on subtle changes of transmitted or reflected light intensity of skin tissue, which can not be seen in naked eye. Research in photoplethysmography has proposed many effective algorithms, each with its pros and cons in various setups. In this work we are comparing the state of the art methods in different use cases.
