Abstract

V diplomski nalogi nas je zanimalo, kako so zaposleni zadovoljni s podporo podjetja pri koriščenju ukrepov iz certifikata Družini prijazno podjetje. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili pojme, ki so povezani z usklajevanjem dela in družine, in sicer: družina, delo ter usklajevanje med delom in družino. Zanimalo nas je tudi, v katerih situacijah se pojavi konflikt med delom in družino ter kakšno vlogo imajo pri tem država, podjetje in posameznik. V nadaljevanju smo na kratko opisali, kaj certifikat Družini prijazno podjetje pomeni, ter postopek pridobitve osnovnega in polnega certifikata. V empiričnem delu smo na kratko predstavili podjetje, v katerem smo opravili spletno anketo. Z njo smo ugotavljali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z ukrepi, ki se izvajajo v okviru certifikata Družini prijazno podjetje, katere ukrepe zaposleni najbolj koristijo ter ali sami menijo, da imajo usklajene delovne in družinske obveznosti. Rezultati analize so pokazali, da so zaposleni na Telekomu Slovenije v povprečju zadovoljni z družini prijaznimi ukrepi, ki jih podjetje izvaja v okviru certifikata. Ugotovili smo tudi, da obstaja razlika v uspešnosti usklajevanja dela in družine glede na spol. Zato podjetju predlagamo, da zaposlenim ženskam na različnih seminarjih in izobraževanjih podrobneje predstavi prednosti koriščenja ukrepov v okviru certifikata Družini prijazno podjetje.

Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis, we focused on employee comfort with the company's support using the measures from the family-friendly company with a certificate. In the theoretical part, we presented the concept related to the coordination of work and family. We were also interested in the situations in which the conflict between work and family occurs, and what role both sides represent. In the following, we briefly described what the family-certificate company represents and the process between. In the empirical part, we briefly presented the company in which we conducted an online survey where we analyzed employee satisfaction with measures family-friendly company. The research itself measures the highest benefit and whether they consider themselves to have harmonized both parties. In the diploma thesis, we focused on employee satisfaction with the company support. The result showed us that employees of the company Telekom Slovenija are mostly satisfied with the family-friendly measures implemented within the framework of the certificate. We also found that there is a difference in the performance of the company as described according to gender. To this end, we suggest the company to present the female share of employees in the company in more detail at various seminars and training. There they benefit the use of measures from the family-friendly certificate.
