Abstract

V kmetijstvu si želimo vedno hitreje in učinkoviteje opraviti košnjo in spravilo krme. Na trgu se je zato pojavila potreba po transporterju za diskaste kosilnice, ki bi pokošeno travo neposredno transportiral v središčni zgrabek. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen razvoj transporterja za oblikovanje zgrabkov za diskaste kosilnice, vse od začetne ideje do izdelave 3D modela. Opisane so osnove diskastih kosilnic, predstavljena pa je tudi druga faza razvoja izdelka – koncipiranje. Po izbiri konceptne rešitve je opisana izdelava virtualnega modela, ki ga potrebujemo za izvedbo numerične trdnostne analize ter v nadaljevanju za izdelavo tehnične dokumentacije, ki je potrebna za izdelavo transporterja. Na koncu je prikazana izvedba numerične trdnostne analize nosilne konstrukcije ter prikaz in diskusija rezultatov.

Secondary abstract: In agriculture, it is essential to mow and harvest fodder as fast and effectively as possible. Therefore a need emerged in the market for a disc-mower transporter that would transport the mown grass directly into a central swath. This thesis presents the development of a swath-forming transporter for disk mowers, from the initial idea to the making of a 3D model. The basics of disc mowers are described as well as the second phase of the product development, the planning and designing. The concept solution having been chosen, the making of a virtual model is described. The model was needed for the execution of a numerical strength analysis, and later on for the making of technical documentation that is necessary to build the transporter. In the end, the execution of the numerical strength analysis of the framework is presented, and the results are presented and discussed.
