Abstract

Podjetja imajo v današnjem času konkurenčno pomanjkljivost, če svojih izdelkov ali storitev ne promovirajo s pomočjo spletne strani ali spletne trgovine. Namen diplomskega dela je izdelava in optimizacija spletne trgovine za podjetje Miha Kunstelj s. p., ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo in prodajo čebelarske opreme. Spletno trgovino smo pripravili s pomočjo orodja Magento, nato pa smo jo analizirali in optimizirali za spletne brskalnike s pomočjo različnih spletnih orodij, kot so GTMetrix, Google Analytics in Google Lighthouse. S tem smo spletno stran pripravili za dobro uvrstitev med rezultate iskanj na spletnih brskalnikih, kar bo posledično povečalo prepoznavnost in promet podjetja. Optimizacija za spletne brskalnike se neprestano spreminja in razvija, zato je nenehna skrb zanjo obvezna tudi v prihodnosti, če želimo ohraniti vidljivost spletne trgovine.

Secondary abstract: Businesses nowadays have a competitive disadvantage if they do not promote their products or services through a website or a web store. The purpose of this undergraduate thesis is to create and optimize a web store for the company Miha Kunstelj s. p., which manufactures and sells beekeeping supplies. The web store was created using the Magento tool and was then analyzed and optimized for search engines with the help of online tools such as GTMetrix, Google Analytics, and Google Lighthouse. By doing so, the web store was optimized for a good ranking on search engines, which will consequently increase the company's visibility and sales. Of course, the ranking on search engines is constantly changing and evolving, so constant optimization will be mandatory in the future in order to maintain the visibility of the web store.
