Abstract

Diplomsko naloga zajema postopke konstruiranja in analiziranja nadgradnje avtovleke. Podjetje Arko d. o. o. je do sedaj izdelovalo avtovleke iz jekla, kar pomeni, da je masa nadgradnje dokaj velika. Odločili smo se, da bomo v diplomski nalogi izdelali modela aluminijaste in jeklene avtovleke ter ju primerjali. Za vse metode od konstruiranja do končnih računalniških simulacij smo uporabili programsko opremo Solidworks. Ugotovili smo, da je avtovleka iz aluminija za 73 kg (65 %) lažja in trdnostno še vedno ustrezna.

Secondary abstract: Diploma paper describes procedures of constructing and analysing the tow truck upgrade. Company Arko d. o. o. has been making the tow trucks from steel. Therefore, the mass of the upgrade was quite high. We decided that we will construct models of an aluminium and steel tow truck and compare them. For constructing and computer simulations we used Solidworks software. We found out that the aluminium tow truck has 73 kg (65%) lower mass and adequate strength properties.
