Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava predstavitev razvoja program za krmiljenje CNC stroja s pomočjo programske opreme SCILAB, kot tudi gradnje enostavnega in učinkovitega CNC stroja za lastne uporabe. Najprej se seznanimo z osnovnmi značilnostimi Scilab-a, njegovim namenom in različnimi načini uporabe. Nato, raziskujemo delovanje CNC strojih s pomočjo koračnih motorčkih in opišemo razvoj lastnega CNC stroja. Na koncu smo z analizo in primerjavo z drugo programsko opremo, ki je na voljo na trgu, uspešno izvedli programsko rešitev za nadzor našega CNC stroja.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis deals with the presentation of the development of a program for controlling a CNC machine with the help of SCILAB software, as well as the construction of a simple and efficient CNC machine for own use. First, we get acquainted with the basic characteristics of Scilab, its purpose and different ways of use. Then we research the operation of a CNC machine with the help of stepper motors and describe the development of our own CNC machine. Finally, by analyzing and comparing with other software available on the market, we have our successfully implemented program solution to control our CNC machine.
