Abstract
Na temo vodenja so različni avtorji napisali števila teoretična stališča. Pogosto so raziskovali vlogo, vedenje in lastnosti vodje. Čeprav imamo o vodji napisanih veliko besedil, še nimamo določenega dovolj zadovoljivega in uporabnega sklopa lastnosti, ki bi naj opredelil vodjo. V diplomskem projektu želimo opozoriti na nujne elemente, ki bi jih moral imeti vodja, s posebnim poudarkom na osebnih lastnostih in veščinah. Zaradi tega smo vodjo analizirali s pomočjo socio-psihološke analize.
V diplomskem projektu smo ugotovili, katere veščine vodje so najbolj pomembne ter katere so najbolj zaželene osebne lastnosti. To je pomembno zaradi tega, da je vodja tista oseba, ki s svojimi veščinami in lastnostmi vpliva na proces vodenja, kar vpliva na učinkovitost zaposlenih, s tem pa posledično na uspešnost organizacije. Prav tako vodja sprejema način vodenja glede na družbene razmere in potrebe zaposlenih, kar vsekakor mora biti povezano s socialno-psihološkimi značilnostmi vodje.
Pred izvedbo analize smo opredelili vodenje ter izpostavili teorije, modele, stile in sloge vodenja. Nato smo opredelili vodjo, tako da smo poudarili njegovo vlogo v organizaciji in njegove značilnosti, veščine in kompetence.

On the topic of leadership, various authors have written series of theoretical views. The role, behavior, and characteristics of the leader were often explored. Although we have many written texts about the leader, we still don’t have a sufficiently, satisfactory and useful set of characteristics to define a leader. In the thesis, we want to draw attention to the necessary elements that a leader should have, with special emphasis on personal qualities and skills. For this reason, we analyzed the leader with the help of socio-psychological analysis.
In the thesis is determined which leadership skills are the most important and which are the most desirable personal traits. This is important because a leader is a person who with his own skills and qualities influences the leadership process, which affects the efficiency of employees and consequently the success of the organization. Likewise, the leader accepts the way of leading in accordance with the social conditions and needs of employees, which must certainly be related to the socio-psychological characteristics of the leader.
Before performing the analysis, we defined leadership and highlighted leadership theories, models and styles. We then defined the leader emphasizing his role in the organization and his characteristics, skills, and competencies. |
