Prednosti in slabosti agilnega pristopa razvoja programske opreme

Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti prednosti in slabosti agilnih metod pri razvoju programske opreme. V začetku dela je predstavljen manifest agilnosti, ki ga tvorijo štiri vrednote in dvanajst principov. Temu sledi kratek opis tradicionalnih metod in podrobnejši opis treh agilnih metod: prilagodljivega razvoja programske opreme, Scruma in metode dinamičnega razvoja sistemov. Po končanem opisu agilnih metod sledi teoretična opredelitev njihovih prednosti in slabosti. V analitičnem delu potrdimo teoretične prednosti in slabosti agilnih metod z analizo ankete, ki je bila poslana več kot 30 slovenskim podjetjem, ki se ukvarjajo z razvojem programske opreme.

Secondary abstract:	This thesis has been written with the aim to present the pros and the cons of the agile software development methods. The short introduction is followed by a brief description of Agile Manifesto, traditional methods and more detailed description of three agile software development methods: Adaptive software development, Scrum and the Dynamic system development method. This is followed by the theoretical explanation of advantages and disadvantages of the agile methods. The latter are confirmed in the analytical part, where I am also presenting the results of the survey, which was sent to more than 30 Slovenian software development companies.
