Abstract

Družbenim in tehnološkim spremembam sledi vse bolj dinamičen življenjski ritem, prosti čas je dragocen, vse bolj smo ekološko ozaveščeni, poudarjamo zdrav življenjski slog in spoštljiv odnos med ljudmi. Ozaveščenih kupcev, ki se zavedajo svojih pravic, pri odločanju za nakup izdelkov ali storitev ne vodijo več zgolj tehnične karakteristike izdelkov in cena, temveč je odločitev za nakup pogosto odvisna od odnosa, ki ga ima podjetje do zaposlenih, kupcev in okolja. Na drugi strani si podjetja prizadevajo preseči pričakovanja kupcev ter si zagotoviti dolgoročni obstoj in razvoj. V želji, da bi sledili nenehno menjajočim se zahtevam kupcev, se vse več podjetij odloča za vzpostavitev poslovanja po načelih managementa kakovosti. Najbolj uveljavljen in razširjen sistem za vzpostavitev vodenja kakovosti v mednarodnem merilu je Standard za sistem vodenja kakovosti ISO 9001. Poslovanje po načelih managementa kakovosti prinaša podjetjem številne prednosti in koristi, kar smo izpostavili v delu diplomskega seminarja ter na podlagi primera managementa kakovosti v praksi potrdili zastavljene hipoteze in predpostavke.

Secondary abstract: Social and technological changes are followed by more and more dynamic pace of life; spare time is precious, we are becoming more and more ecologically aware. We emphasize the importance of healthy lifestyle and respectful relationships among people. Customers are aware of their rights and when purchasing products or services, they are not led only by technical characteristics and price but also by relationships the company has towards its employees, customers, and environment. Companies, on the other hand, try to exceed the customers' expectations and assure their long-term existence and development. More and more companies are deciding to maintain management according to the quality management system in order to follow the demands of their customers, which are always changing. The most internationally established and widespread system to maintain the quality management is Quality Management System ISO 9001. Management, according to the principals of quality management, brings numerous advantages and benefits to companies, which have been presented in the diploma paper and based on an example of quality management in practice, confirmed the stated hypotheses and assumptions.
