diplomsko delo
Abstract
V svojem diplomskem delu obravnavam vključitev uporabnika v razvoj novega izdelka. Predstavim različne načine interakcije med podjetjem in uporabniki ter jih podrobneje opišem. Posebej sem se posvetil metodi razvoja funkcij kakovosti (QFD). V nadaljevanju sem se posvetil temeljnim trženjskim konceptom in podrobneje opisal pristop ciljnega trženja. V drugem delu diplomskega dela se osredotočim na (ne)zadovoljstvo uporabnikov ter nekatere možne vplive in posledice (ne)zadovoljstva ter opišem model nakupnega procesa z vidika uporabnika. Na koncu pa sem pozornost usmeril v metode merjenja zadovoljstva in podrobneje opisal Kanov model ter Net promoter score (NPS).

Secondary abstract: |
My degree thesis, New Product Development by involving the user in the process. I present various means of interaction between the company and the user, along with examining them in detail. Furthermore, special attention is paid to the method of Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Regarding the latter, I focus on the core marketing concepts and comprehensively present the targeted marketing approach. In the second part of the dissertation, I investigate the factors and consequences of user satisfaction. Thereupon, I set to describe the purchasing process model from the user's point of view. Lastly, I turn my attention to satisfaction measurement methods and elaborate on Kano's model. |
