diplomsko delo visokošolskega študijskega programa Varnost in policijsko delo
Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnavo uporabo brezpilotnih zrakoplovov v gasilstvu. V sodobni družbi smo priča vedno bolj kompleksnim virom ogrožanja. Sočasno smo priča tudi neverjetno hitremu napredku v razvoju novih tehnologij. Ena izmed takih tehnologij je brezpilotni zrakoplov. V tujini, gasilske in druge varnostne organizacije že uspešno uporabljajo tehnologijo brezpilotnega zrakoplova.

The use of unmanned aerial vehicles in fire service |
Secondary abstract: |
This thesis deals with the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in the fire service. In modern society, we are being witnessed to increasingly complex sources of threat. At the same time, we are being witnessed to incredibly rapid progress in the development of new technologies. One such technology is the unmanned aerial vehicle. Abroad, fire and other security organizations are already successfully using the unmanned aerial vehicle technology. In Slovenia, unmanned aerial vehicles are not yet widely used or their use is not detected. The unmanned aircraft are used by the Ljubljana Fire Brigade, which regularly uses the unmanned aircraft for interventions and exercises. The Fire Brigade Association of Slovenia also has an unmanned aerial vehicle in its fleet, which is installed in the command vehicle in Sežana. The Fire Brigade Association of Slovenia uses its unmanned aircraft mainly to support the headquarters in the event of an emergency occurring in Slovenia. Research abroad shows that the use of unmanned aerial vehicles enables better and safer work for firefighters, which is why more and more firefighters are opting to introduce unmanned aerial vehicles into their units. The current normative legal regulation is still being developed in Slovenia and globally, so fire brigades do not have a unified system on which they can rely on when using or introducing unmanned aircraft. Firefighters who choose to introduce unmanned aerial vehicle technology into their units are currently left to fend for themselves. |
