Abstract

Na uspešnost in konkurenčnost podjetij močno vplivajo njihovi zaposleni, ki so pomemben vir znanja, v kolikor se pravilno usposabljajo in izobražujejo. Obravnavali bomo pojem konkurenčnost, ki ga bomo povezali z zaposlenimi, ter upoštevali, kako KOC vplivajo na konkurenčnost zaposlenih in posledično podjetja. V diplomski nalogi poudarjam, da so zaposleni glaven vir uspeha in povečanja konkurenčnosti podjetja. Tiste organizacije, ki se osredotočajo na konstanten razvoj človeškega kapitala in vseživljenjskega učenja, lahko dosežejo konkurenčno prednost, ki si je tako zelo želimo. V empiričnem delu sem ugotovila, da kompetenčni centri za razvoj kadrov bistveno prispevajo k večji konkurenčnosti podjetja, in da se z vključevanjem v usposabljanja in izobraževanja veča človeški kapital posameznika, ki se nato odraža v bolj usposobljenih, sposobnih in zadovoljnih zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: The success and competitiveness of companies are strongly influenced by their employees who are an important source of knowledge when they are properly trained and educated. We will discuss the concept of competitiveness which we will connect with employees and take into account how KOCs affect the competitiveness of employees and, consequently, companies. In my bachelorʹs thesis, I emphasize that employees are the main source of success and increase the competitiveness of the company. Those organizations that focus on the constant development of human capital can achieve the competitive advantage they so desperately want. In the empirical section, I found that competence centers for human resources development contribute to greater competitiveness of the company significantly and that engaging in training and education increases the human capital of the individual, which is then reflected in more qualified, capable, and satisfied employees.
