Abstract

V zaključni nalogi je obravnavana tematika obrabe orodja za injekcijsko brizganje termoplastov. Predstavljen je postopek brizganja, parametri, ki vplivajo nanj, in možne obrabe samega orodja. Glavni del naloge je podrobna analiza literature ter njena kratka in jedrnata predstavitev. Podane so rešitve, ki se uporabljajo za preventivno ali kurativno odpravljanje obrabe. Največja obraba se pojavlja na kavitetnih vložkih, je abrazijske narave, kaže pa se kot odstopanje končnega izdelka od zahtevanih toleranc.

Secondary abstract: In the final thesis, the topic of wear of thermoplastic injection molding tools is discussed. The injection molding process, the parameters that affect it and the possible wear of the tool itself are presented. The main part of the thesis is a detailed analysis of the literature and a short and concise presentation of it. Solutions used for preventive or curative wear elimination are given. The greatest wear occurs on the cavity inserts, is of an abrasive nature, and manifests itself as a deviation of the final product from the required tolerances.
