Abstract

V tem delu predstavljamo teoretična izhodišča sinteze derivatov N,N-dimetil-4-(feniletinil)anilina z različnimi elektron akceptorskimi skupinami z namenom boljših optičnih in vezavnih lastnosti za uporabo v fluorescenčni mikroskopiji.

Secondary title: Synthesis and optical properties of some N,N-dimethyl-4-(phenylethinyl)anilines
Secondary abstract: Tauopathy is a neurodegenerative disease which occurs as a consequence of genetic predisposition, traumatic injuries to the brain and pathological stress. Tauopathy diseases include Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease and others. Investigation of the early onset of these diseases is crucial. With this aim molecular probes with sufficient binding and optical properties are being investigated for the use in fluorescence microscopy and positron emission tomography imaging. In this work we present theoretical background for the synthesis of N,N-dimethyl-4-(phenylethinyl)aniline derivatives with different electron acceptor goups, with a hope for better optical and binding properties for the use in fluorescence microscopy.
