Abstract

Diplomsko delo zajema raziskavo v podjetju A1 Slovenija, d. d., glede motiviranosti zaposlenih za opravljanje dela in udeležbo na izobraževanjih. Predstavili bomo pojem motivacije, opisali različne motivacijske dejavnike in teorije, ki vplivajo na posameznike. V nadaljevanju bomo opredelili tudi pojem izobraževanja, motivacijo za izobraževanje zaposlenih ter ovire, s katerimi se srečujemo pri izobraževanju. Vsakega posameznika motivirajo drugačni dejavniki, zato morajo podjetja ugotoviti primerne in najbolj ustrezne načine motiviranja zaposlenih za opravljanje delo in izobraževanja, da bodo svoje cilje dosegli čim bolj učinkovito. V sklopu raziskave smo s pomočjo spletnega anketnega vprašalnika ugotovili, da se zaposleni zavedajo pomembnosti izobraževanja za opravljanje svojega dela in so za izobraževanje tudi primerno motivirani. Najbolj pomembna dejavnika motivacije za izobraževanje sta nadgradnja znanja ter možnost osebnega razvoja. Zaposlene pri udeležbi na izobraževanjih najbolj ovirajo nezanimiva izobraževanja in pomanjkanje časa. Na motivacijo za delo najbolj vplivata zanimivo delo ter dobri odnosi med sodelavci.

Secondary abstract: In this bachelor's thesis we want to research what motivates employees of company A1 Slovenija, d.d., for work and education. We will present the concept of motivation, describe different motivational factors, and theories that affect individuals. We will also define the concept of education, motivation for employee education, and the obstacles they encounter in education. Each individual is motivated by different factors so it is the company's task to define appropriate and most successful ways of motivating employees to perform work and education in order to achieve goals as effectively as possible. We used an online survey method for our research. We found out that the employees are aware of the importance of education for performing their work and are thus also appropriately motivated for education. The most important motivational factors for education are the desire for acquiring new knowledge along with personal growth and development. The most common deterring factors from attending educational courses are uninteresting classes and lack of time. Motivation for work is mostly influenced by interesting work and good relationship between employees.
