Abstract
V zaključnem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje in izdelava nosilca, ki omogoča večosno uravnavanje nagiba. Obstoječe rešitve na trgu omogočajo le translatorno uravnavanje brez možnosti pritrditve dodatne opreme. Predstavljeni so sestavni deli nosilca, postopek načrtovanja, izbira materiala, postopki izdelave in površinske obdelave. Nosilec je bil preizkušen v praksi in omogoča natančne meritve na optičnem mikroskopu.

Manufacturing a multi-axis tilting sample holder |
Secondary abstract: |
In the thesis, development and manufacturing of a sample holder, which provides an option of multi-axis tilt control, is presented. Available products on the market only provide translatory adjustments of sample and don't allow the use of additional equipment. We present the development process as well as choice of materials, manufacturing processes and surface treatment. The product has been used in the field and has proven to enable the user accurate measurements using an optical microscope. |
