Abstract

V okviru diplomskega dela smo izdelali preizkušance iz ogljikovih vlaken in PMI pene, izvedli eksperimentalne preizkuse in jih numerično analizirali. Med posameznimi rezultati je bila izvedena primerjalna analiza z namenom ugotovitve odstopanj med eksperimentalnim delom in zastavljenim numeričnim preračunom. V začetku naloge je opisan material, iz katerega so bili preizkušanci izdelani. Sledi opis postopka priprave in izdelave vseh tipov preizkušancev s pripadajočimi tehnologijami. Preizkušanci so se med seboj razlikovali v orientiranosti plasti karbonskih vlaken. Zunanje dimenzije so bile v vseh primerih konstantne. Preizkušance smo upogibno preizkusili v laboratoriju na trgalnem stroju. Po izvedbi preizkusov smo zastavili numerični model preizkušancev. Po obdelavi podatkov dobljenih iz eksperimentalnega in numeričnega dela smo ugotovili, da se preizkušanci v elastičnem področju ujemajo z odstopanjem v velikostnem razredu 20 odstotkov. V sklepnem delu so predstavljene možnosti za nadaljnje raziskovanje in razvoj numeričnih materialnih modelov.

Secondary abstract: As part of the diploma thesis, we made test specimens from carbon fiber and PMI foam, performed tests and numerically analyzed them in the elastic field. A comparative analysis was carried out between the individual results in order to determine the deviations between the experimental part and the set numerical calculation. At the beginning of the thesis, the material from which the test specimens were made is described. The following part is a description of the process of preparation and manufacture of all test specimens types with associated technologies. The test specimens differed from each other in the orientation of the carbon fiber layers and the external dimensions were constant in all cases. A bending test was carried out on the test specimens in the laboratory on an adapted tensile-testing machine. After carrying out the tests, we set a numerical model of the test specimens, which we had previously made, and of the bending test. After processing the data obtained from the experimental and numerical part, we found that the elastic region of the test specimens matched the deviation in the size class 20 percent. The concluding part presents the possibilities for further research and development of numerical material models.
