Abstract
Podjetja vse pogosteje uporabljajo računalniško in internetno tehnologijo za lažje poslovanje. Internet v sodobnem svetu ponuja ogromno priložnosti podjetjem za uspešno vodenje poslovanja. E-poslovanje vključuje široko paleto elektronskih dejavnosti, v katerih lahko podjetje sodeluje. Spletna trgovina omogoča nakup in prodajo blaga ali storitev prek interneta in je bistvena za sodobna podjetja. Z naraščajočo priljubljenostjo spletne trgovine v današnjem svetu se morajo podjetja naučiti strategij za privabljanje in zadrževanje spletnih kupcev na svoji spletni strani. Prav tako morajo prilagoditi svoje spletne strani, da se prilagodijo potrebam svojih strank.
Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali, kaj so spletna mesta, njihov nastanek, arhitekturo ter vrste spletnih mest ter trende, ki so zaznamovali leto 2020. Razložili smo tudi, kaj so spletne trgovine, njihovo zgodovino, vrste ter njihove prednosti in slabosti. Dotaknili smo se različnih vrst platform za izdelavo spletnih trgovin in se v naslednjem poglavju osredotočili na samo platformo nopCommerce, na kateri temelji spletna trgovina Mehanizacije Miler.
V analitičnem delu magistrske naloge je predstavljeno podjetje Mehanizacija Miler d.o.o. Analizirali smo njihovo spletno trgovino z vidika uporabniške izkušnje ter predstavili izgled zaledja platforme nopCommerce.

Companies are increasingly using computer and internet technology to easier conduct business. The internet in the modern world offers endless opportunities for companies, so they can successfully run their business. E-business includes a wide range of electronic activities, in which a company can participate. An online store or an web store enables buying or selling goods and services online and is essential for modern companies. With growing popularity rate of web stores, organisations need to learn strategies, how to get and keep web customers on their websites. They also have to customize their websites, so that they can satisfy their client's needs.
The master's thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part it is described, what websites are, their history, structure, types of websites, and web design trends in 2020. We explained the meaning of online stores, their history, types of websites, their pros and cons. Furthermore, different types of platforms for development of webstores are also discussed. The focus is on the platform nopCommerce, on which Mehanizacija Miler’s webstore is based.
In the analytical part the company Mehanizacija Miler d.o.o. is introduced and their webstore from a user’s point of view is analysed. Also the back-end of platform nopCommerce is presented. |
