Abstract
Pred splošno uporabo spleta smo poznali le klasične prodajne poti. Njegov prihod je precej spremenil način prodaje, spremenil je tudi potrebe in želje kupcev. Slednji zahtevajo vse več spletnega nakupovanja, saj zaradi pomanjkanja časa ne utegnejo obiskati fizičnih trgovin. Posledično so se razvili različni spletni prodajni modeli, ki kupcem omogočajo čim hitrejši in cenejši nakup ter dostavo. Kot dobro poznane in uveljavljene prodajne modele bi lahko našteli veleprodajo in skladiščenje, proizvodnjo lastnih blagovnih znamk, prodajo produktov pod lastno blagovno znamko in naročnino oz. naročniške storitve. Zaradi rasti e-trga in razvoja novih spletnih orodij se je posledično oblikoval nov prodajni model, ki je značilen za spletno trgovanje. To je prodajni model dropshipping, ki je v svetovnem merilu že tako rekoč stalnica, na slovenskem spletnem tržišču pa se vedno bolj uveljavlja. Gre za način prodaje, ko lastnik spletne trgovine prodaja izdelke brez lastnih zalog. Naročeno blago s strani kupca prodajalec posreduje neposredno (dropshipping) dobavitelju, plača nabavno ceno ter poštnino, dobavitelj pa v njegovem imenu pošlje naročeno blago kupcu. Ker gre za dokaj nov prodajni model na slovenskem tržišču in na tem področju primanjkuje tudi osnovne literature v slovenskem jeziku, smo se odločili, da ga v magistrskem delu podrobneje opišemo. Glavni cilj magistrskega dela je, da prikažemo vzpostavitev prodajnega modela dropshipping v spletni trgovini od samega začetka do zadnjega koraka.
Predpostavljamo, da je postopek vzpostavitve dropshipping spletne trgovine hiter, enostaven in povezan z nizkimi zagonskimi stroški. Med drugim smo mnenja, da lahko poslovanje postane avtomatizirano, saj izbrane in opisane platforme (WooCommerce+WordPress, Shopify in Magento) omogočajo enostavne razširitve na druge spletne storitve. Kljub kvalitetni postavitvi dropshipping spletne trgovine in avtomatizaciji vseh procesov menimo, da brez primerno izbrane tržne niše, raziskave trga in dobrega marketinga naše dropshipping spletne trgovine le-ta ne bo uspešna.

Key factors of dropshipping web store |

Before the general use of the web, we only knew the classic sales channels. Its arrival made quite a lot of changes in sales methods; it also changed customer desires and needs. The latter require more online shopping, as they may not be able to visit physical stores due to lack of time. Consequently, various online sales models have been developed. They enable customers to shop and get delivery as quickly and cheaply as possible. Wholesale and storing, production of own trademarks, sale of products of own trademark and subscription or subscription services can be listed as well-known and established sales models. Due to growth of the e-market and the development of new online tools, a new sales model, typical for online trading, has been designed. This is a dropshipping sales model, which is already almost a constant on a global scale, and is gaining ground on the Slovenian online market. This is a case of selling, when the owner of an online store sells products without own stock. Salesman forwards the merchandise ordered by the buyer directly (dropshipping) to the supplier, pays the purchase price and shipping, the supplier sends ordered merchandise to the buyer on his behalf. As this is a relatively new sales model on Slovenian market, and there is a lack of basic literature in Slovenian language in this field, we decided to describe it in more detail in the master's thesis. The main goal of the master's thesis is to show the establishment of a dropshipping sales model in an online store from the very beginning to the last step.
We assume that the process of establishment dropshipping online store is fast, easy and associated with low start-up costs. Among other things, we believe that business can become automated, because selected and described platforms (WooCommerce + WordPress, Shopify and Magento) allow easy extensions to other online services. Despite of the quality setup of dropshipping online store and automation of all processes, we believe that without a properly selected market niche, market research and good marketing of our dropshipping online store, the store will not be successful. |
