Abstract
Magistrsko delo obravnava uporabo sistemov strojnega vida za izvajanje dimenzijskih meritev v proizvodnem okolju. Na osnovi teoretičnih ugotovitev je bil razvit sistem strojnega vida za brezkontaktno merjenje dimenzij. Z merjenjem evrskih kovancev, kovinskih ploščic in ojnice smo ugotovili, kako na vrednosti izmerjenih dimenzij vplivajo velikost vidnega polja, način osvetlitve, položaj v vidnem polju in debelina objektov. Meritve dimenzij ravninskih objektov bi ustrezale industrijskim standardom. Da bi razviti sistem lahko uporabili v proizvodnji, bi ga bilo potrebno prilagoditi dejavnikom, ki v industrijskem okolju vplivajo na merjenje.

Secondary abstract: |
This master's thesis studies the use of machine vision systems for performing dimensional measurements in the manufacturing environment. Based on theoretical findings, a machine vision system for non-contact measurement was developed. By measuring euro coins, metal plates and a connecting rod, we found out how the size of the field of view, type of illumination, the position in the field of view and object thickness affect the values of the measured dimensions. The measurements of dimensions of planar objects would meet industrial standards. In order to use the developed system in manufacturing, it would have to be adapted to the factors that influence the measurement in the industrial environment. |
