Abstract

V diplomskem delu je podrobneje opisan razvoj in izdelava izkoščičevalnika češenj. Naprava je namenjena vsem srednje velikim pridelovalcem češenj. Naloga zajema fazo koncipiranja naprave, konstrukcijski del v CAD modelirniku, fizično izdelavo manj zahtevnih komponent na klasičnih obdelovalnih strojih, opis stroškov nakupa materiala in stroške del zunanjih izvajalcev. V delu je na kratko opisano tudi upoštevanje standardov prehranske industrije (HACCP in ISO 22000).

Secondary abstract:	This thesis presents the development and manufacture of the automatic cherry pitter. The device is intended for medium-sized cherry producers who wish to expand their offer on the market. The thesis includes the construction part in the CAD Modeler, the production of less complex component parts on classic machine tools, the cost of purchased materials and the cost of outsourcing services. The thesis also briefly describes the observance of food industry standards (HACCP and ISO 22000).
