Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo proučevali agresivno vedenje in dejavnike, ki vplivajo nanj. Delo je razdeljeno na dva obsežnejša dela. V prvem delu smo opisali različne oblike agresivnosti in opredelili osnovne pojme: agresivnost, moteče vedenje in nasilje. Predstavili smo različne teorije agresivnost in osebne ter družbene dejavnike, ki vplivajo na agresivno vedenje posameznika. Prav tako smo v prvem delu odgovarjali na vprašanje, kako se agresivno vedenje izraža v šoli in kateri otroci so v šoli opredeljeni kot otroci s čustvenimi in vedenjskimi motnjami. V drugem delu smo se osredotočili predvsem na strategije oziroma dejavnosti, s katerimi lahko zmanjšamo oziroma preprečimo pojavnost neželenega, agresivnega vedenja učencev. Veliko vlogo pri tem igra sodelovanje šole s starši ter preventivno delovanje šole. Slednje se lahko izvaja skozi aktivnosti spodbujanja dobre družbene klime, spoštljivih odnosov in z učenjem družbeno usmerjenih veščin in konstruktivnih vzorcev vedenja. Magistrsko delo smo zaključili s kratkim priročnikom, ki je namenjen učiteljem in drugim strokovnim delavcem, tudi staršem, ki imajo opravka z otroki, ki izražajo neprimerno ali agresivno vedenje. Priročnik temelji na aktivnostih preventivnega delovanja, ki vključujejo vaje za vzpostavljanje dobre klime in odnosov v razredu, prepoznavanje lastnih čustev in čustev drugih, ter vaje za urjenje ustreznih načinov izražanja jeze in družbenega zavedanja.

Secondary title: Preventive interventions for working with aggressive elementary school pupils
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents a study of aggressive behaviour and factors that lead to aggression. The work is divided into two extensive parts. In the first part, we describe different types of aggression and define basic concepts: aggressiveness, disruptive behaviour, and violence. Continuing, we present different theories of aggression and personal as well as social factors that contribute to an individual's aggressive behaviour. We strive to answer how said behaviour manifests itself in school and which children are identified as children with emotional and behavioural disorders. In the second part, our focus is mostly strategies or interventions we can use to reduce or prevent undesirable, aggressive behaviour of pupils. Key actors in this are school-parent cooperation and school's preventive interventions. The latter can be conducted through activities, encouraging a good social climate and respectful attitude, and learning of pro-social skills together with constructive behavioural patterns. To conclude the thesis, we introduce a short guide, intended for teachers, professionals, and parents dealing with children that express inappropriate or aggressive behaviour. The guide is based on activities of preventive intervention that include exercises for creating a good climate and relationships in a classroom, recognising one's own emotions as well as emotions of others, and exercises for practicing appropriate means of expressing anger and social awareness.
