Abstract

V seminarju obravnavamo magnetne lastnosti sistemov maghemitnih nanodelcev. Meritve magnetne susceptibilnost, AC meritve in meritve magnetizacijske krivulje smo opravili na vzorcih z različnimi masnimi deleži maghemitnih nanodelcev, dispergiranih v vosku.

Secondary title: Magnetic properties of maghemite nanoparticle systems
Secondary abstract: In this work we study the magnetic properties of maghemite nanoparticles. Measurements of magnetic susceptibility, AC measurements and magnetization measurements were performed on samples with different weight percentages of nanoparticles dispersed in wax. For the analysis of the sample without dipolar interactions we used Néel's model. In the case of samples with small dipole interactions we applied the Vogel-Fulcker model. From the analysis we were able to obtain the effective anisotropy constant and the saturation magnetization of nanoparticles. Furthermore, we estimated the strength of dipole interactions between nanoparticles.
