Abstract

Diplomsko delo je osredotočeno na izkušnje učiteljic, ki na rednih osnovnih šolah poučujejo otroke z avtizmom. Avtizem lahko predstavlja velik izziv za otroke in učiteljice. Delo poskuša pokazati, kako učiteljice doživljajo vključenost otroka z avtizmom v razredu, kje iščejo znanje in podporo v trenutkih, ko jo potrebujejo in na kakšen način poskrbijo za vključitev otroka z avtizmom v razred. V delo je vključena kvalitativna raziskava, katere rezultati so pridobljeni z izvedbo devetih intervjujev z učiteljicami, učiteljem ter specialno pedagoginjo, ki sodelujejo z otrokom z avtizmom. Analiza pridobljenih rezultatov je pokazala različne izkušnje učiteljic, tako pozitivne kot negativne, nanje pa vplivajo različni dejavniki.

Secondary title: Teacher's experiences with teaching children with autism in mainstream primary school
Secondary abstract: A thesis is focused on the experience of teachers who teach children with autism in mainstream primary schools. Autism can represent a big challenge for children and teachers. This work tries to show how teachers experience the participation of a child with autism in the classroom, where they look for knowledge and support in the moments when they need it and how they take care of the inclusion of a child with autism in the classroom. The work includes a qualitative research, which results are gained by conducting nine interviews with teachers and a special pedagogue who cooperate with a child with autism. The analysis of gained results showed different experiences of teachers, both positive and negative, and they are affected by different factors.
