Abstract

Podjetje Sonce d.o.o., deluje kot outsourcing podjetje na kadrovskem področju. Na tem področju skuša podjetje pokrivati vse segmente poslovanja in zadovoljiti svoje odjemalce v najširšem smislu. Za uspešno in učinkovito delo, ki naj rezultira v odličnih rezultatih poslovanja, je nujna organizacijska struktura, ki se optimalno prilagaja potrebam poslovanja. V diplomskem delu sem skušala opredeliti po eni strani vse segmente ponudbe podjetja, tako da lahko zadovolji vse potrebe svojih strank po drugi strani pa oblikovati organizacijsko strukturo, ki omogoča sistematično delo, dober pretok informacij, relativno samostojnost enot in nenazadnje možnost učinkovite presoje dela tako znotraj enote samo kot tudi z vidika podjetja kot celote. Delo je povsem praktično in konkretno in ker sem sama vpeta vanj, mi je bilo bistvenega pomena, da organizacijska struktura omogoča povsem samostojno delovanje podjetja, kjer vsak natančno pozna svoje delo in delo podjetja kot celote, vloga lastništva podjetja, pa z vidika poslovanja, postane minimalna.

Secondary abstract: Company Sonce d.o.o., acting as a human resource outsourcing company tries to cover all segments of enterpise operations in this field of work and with that satisy all of its customers' needs. For efficient and effective work, which should result in excellent business performance, the organizational structure is needed to be adjusted to optimize the needs of business. In my final study work, I tried to identify on one hand, all segments of bidding, so that they can meet all the needs of its customers and on the other hand, create an organizational structure that enables systematic work, a good flow of information, relative autonomity of units, and not least the possibility of an effective assessment of the work within the unit only as well as from the perspective of the company as a whole. The work is entirely practical and concrete, and because I am alone embedded in it, It was essentialy for me that the organizational structure enables autonomous business activities where each individual exactly knows what is his or her work and work of the company as a whole. At the same time in the sense of business operations the role of the ownership becomes minimum.
