Povzetek
Podjetje Domel d.o.o. je svetovno priznano podjetje, ki se ukvarja z izdelavo elektromotorjev. Podjetje sestavlja 6 poslovnih enot in 6 področij, povezanih v matrično organizacijsko strukturo. Velik problem predstavlja sama organizacijska struktura, ki ni dovolj natančno dodelana in implementirana v prakso. Zaposleni ne vedo točno, kakšne so njihove odgovornosti in pristojnosti. Cilj diplomske naloge je bil prenoviti oziroma dopolniti organizacijsko strukturo v podjetju Domel, d.o.o. Z anketnim vprašalnikom smo skušali ugotoviti, kakšno je dejansko stanje v podjetju in kaj zaposleni menijo o obstoječi organiziranosti, ali zaposleni vedo, kaj se od njih pričakuje, ali so pristojnosti in odgovornosti uravnotežene ter kakšen je v podjetju pretok informacij itd. Ugotovili smo, da organizacijska struktura ne daje ustreznih rezultatov, da pristojnosti in odgovornosti niso natančno definirane in da je v podjetju slab pretok informacij. Glede na ugotovitve smo predlagali dopolnitev formalizacije, ki bi pripomogla k ureditvi pristojnosti in odgovornosti zaposlenih. Treba je izboljšati pretok informacij, saj se lahko le s pravimi informacijami v podjetju sprejemajo tudi prave in pravočasne odločitve. Prav tako je pomembno, da se v podjetju izobrazi tiste vodje, ki niso kos svojim nalogam, in da se bolj upošteva mnenja, predloge in ideje zaposlenih. Nove ideje zaposlenih so zelo pomembne pri razvoju podjetja, saj se podjetje vedno znova srečuje z ovirami, ki jih je treba odpraviti. Za samo reševanje problemov pa v prvi vrsti potrebujemo dobro idejo. S tem smo želeli pripomoči k izboljšanju delovanja podjetja, saj je zelo pomembno, da vsi v podjetju prispevajo k uresničevanju skupnega cilja, ki zagotavlja uspeh, večjo konkurenčnost in boljšo prihodnost.

Company Domel, d.o.o. is globally recognized company, which is engaged in the manufacture of electric motors. Company contains 6 business units and 6 areas, related in matrix organization structure. Big problem represents organization structure alone, which isn't enough precisely completed and implemented in practice. Employees don't know exactly what are their responsibilities and powers. Goal of the thesis was to renew or to complete organization structure in company Domel, d.o.o.. With questionnaire we tried to determinate, what is actual state in company and what employees think about current organization, if employees are aware what is expected from them, are powers and responsibilities balanced, what is the company's information flow etc. We came to conclusion, that organization structure doesn't give any appropriate results that powers and responsibilities aren't precisely defined and that in company there is bad flow of the information. According to findings we suggested completion of formalization, which would help organize powers and responsibilities of employees. It is necessary to improve flow of information, because only with right information it is provided in company to accept right and on time decisions. Also that important is, that in company leading people, who aren't able to perform their tasks are educated, and that opinions, suggestions and ideas of employees are more accounted. New ideas of employees are very important for development of company, because company always comes in contact with obstacles that need to be removed. For resolving problems alone firstly we need good idea. With that we wanted to help to improve the performance of company, because it is very important, that everybody in company contribute to achievement of common goal, which is assurance for success, bigger competitiveness and better future. |
