Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je prikazati načine izboljšanja energetske učinkovitosti na montažni hiši Marles, zgrajene leta 1973, katero je bilo potrebno energetsko prenoviti skladno s Pravilnikom o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah - PURES. Opisani so konstrukcijski elementi stavbe in njihove lastnosti. Zaradi večjega izkoristka obnovljivih virov in boljše ekonomske vzdržnosti je pri prenovi vgrajena tudi toplotna črpalka tipa zemlja/voda. Po prenovi hiše so pridobljeni kazalniki energetske učinkovitosti, kateri so del energetske izkaznice. Analiziran je vpliv sanacijskih ukrepov na rabo energije in pripadajoče stroške, kar predstavlja osnovo za ekonomsko analizo in izračun vračilne dobe investicije v prenovo hiše.

Secondary title: Energy and construction renovation of Marles prefabricated house
Secondary abstract: The aim of this diploma thesis was to demostrate a way to improve an energetic efficiency of a Marles prefabricated house build in 1973, which needed to be energetically renovated in line with Rules on the effective use of energy in buildings (PURES). Construction elements of the building and their properties were described in this work. Do to increased use of renewable energy sources and greater economic sustainability of the building, a heat pump type earth/water was instaled. After the construction renovation of thermal insulation of the building, indicators of energy efficiency were calculated which are the part of an energy performance certificate. Economic benefits of the investment were also calculated.
