Povzetek

V Sloveniji in drugih evropskih državah je velika večina hiš starejših od 40 let in posledično energetsko neučinkovitih. Primer takšne hiše je obravnavan v diplomskem delu, zato se je preverilo, kakšna je energetska učinkovitost takšnih hiš glede na aktualne smernice. Namreč predstavljena je stanovanjska hiša, ki je bila zgrajena leta 1980 in se nahaja v občini Brežice. V diplomskem delu je bilo predstavljeno teoretično ozadje izdelave energetskih izkaznic, s pomočjo česar se je kasneje s programsko opremo Knauf Insulation Energija 2017 energetska izkaznica tudi izdelala. Na osnovi opravljene analize energetske učinkovitosti za obstoječa stanja, so se predlagali sanacijski ukrepi, kot so toplotna izolacija ovoja hiše in strehe, zamenjava stavbnega pohištva in namestitev sončnih kolektorjev. Vsi sanacijski ukrepi so bili izvedeni z upoštevanjem Tehnične smernice za graditev in skladno s Pravilnikom o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah. S tem je bila izdelana nova računska energetska izkaznica, na osnovi katere so se določili tudi podatki o rabi energije za delovanje hiše, ki so bili primerjani s podatki o rabi energije pred sanacijo, iz česar je bila izvedena ekonomska analiza. V zaključku diplomskega dela so se poleg opravljene ekonomske analize izračunali tudi letni prihranki in vračilna doba investicije. Stroškovna upravičenost investicije v energetsko sanacijo hiše je dodatno podprta z izračunom neto sedanje vrednosti in interne stopnje donosnosti.

Sekundarni povzetek: In Slovenia and other European countries, the vast majority of houses are over 40 years old and consequently energy inefficient. An example of such a house is discussed in the thesis. This is why it was checked what the energy efficiency of such a house is, according to current guidelines. Namely, the residential house is presented; it was built in 1980 and is located in the municipality of Brežice. The thesis presented the theoretical background of the production of energy performance certificates, with the help of which the energy certificate itself was later produced using the Knauf Insulation Energy 2017 software. Based on the energy efficiency analysis for the existing conditions, renovation measures were proposed, such as thermal insulation of the house envelope and roof, replacement of building furniture and installation of solar collectors. All renovation measures were carried out in compliance with the Technical Guidelines for Construction and in accordance with the Rules on the Efficient Use of Energy in Buildings. With this, a new calculated energy performance certificate was created, on the basis of which the data on energy use for the operation of the house was determined. This was compared with the data on energy use before the renovation, from which an economic analysis was performed. At the end of the thesis, in addition to the economic analysis, annual savings and the payback period of the investment were also calculated. The cost justification of the investment in the energy renovation of the house is additionally supported by the calculation of the present net value and the internal rate of return.
