Abstract

So zelo nezaželene zaradi možnega padca nosilnosti in drugih težav. Spremljali smo vrednosti in porazdelitev zaostalih napetosti na dveh enakih delih teleskopskih rok, narejenih iz plošč različnih šarž. Zaostale napetosti smo spremljali v štirih fazah – pred obdelovalnimi procesi, po laserskem izrezu, upogibu in varjenju. Zaostale napetosti smo merili s pomočjo magnetne metode z napravo SMMT-1.

Secondary title: Analysis of residual stresses during process of telescopic arm production
Secondary abstract: In master thesis we focused on analysing residual stresses during process of telescopic arm production. Residual stresses in the material often occur due to transformation processes which cause plastic deformation or heat input to the material. They are undesirable since they may decrease load capacity or cause other problems. We monitored residual stress values and its distribution in two segments of telescopic arm. The segments were made from a shell plate with different batches. Residual stresses were observed during four phases - in base material before transformation, after laser cutting, bending, and welding. We measured residual stress with directional effective permeability method using SMMT-1. Measurements were processed in Excel and presented in 3D charts. We compared results between different plates. We found differences between fields of residual stresses in all measuring phases, the substantial difference was observed after bending.
