Abstract

Predstavljene so definicije, povezane z dialogom. Obravnava, kako je mladim predstavljen dialog in kako le-tega sprejemati danes z ozirom na preteklost in kaj to pomeni za naše družbeno okolje. Naloga razsvetli različne tematike, povezane z medreligijskim in ekumenskim dialogom. Pregledali smo zgodovino ekumenskega in medreligijskega dialoga v svetu in v Sloveniji. Povzeti so pogledi in mnenja različnih predstavnikov verskih skupnosti in učiteljev v javnih in zasebnih slovenskih šolah.

Secondary title: Ecumenical and interreligious dialogue in Slovenian schools
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis shows how interreligious dialogue is present in Slovenia with an emphasis on Slovenian schools. Definitions related to dialogue are presented. It talks about how dialogue is presented to young people and how to accept it today with a view to the past and what it means for our social environment. The master's thesis sheds light on various topics related to interfaith and ecumenical dialogue. It also shows different approaches on how and in what way we can educate and encourage young people to dialogue. What is the role of educational institutions and religious communities and how can they work together for the good of society. We reviewed the history of ecumenical and interfaith dialogue in the world and in Slovenia. We got to know better how religious instruction is conducted in public and private education. The views and opinions of various representatives of religious communities and teachers in public and private Slovenian schools are summarized. It also presents what society and the Catholic Church are already doing to improve interfaith and ecumenical dialogue and what more could be done. Finally, some projects on the topic of dialogue are presented.
