Zdravstvena nega bolnika po zlomu spodnjih okončin

Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti bolnika z zlomom spodnjih okončin in tipične negovalne diagnoze, ki so za bolnika značilne. Opisali smo tudi specifičnosti zdravstvene nege pri bolniku po zlomu spodnjih okončin in sicer od sprejema in pregleda v urgentni kirurški ambulanti, do operativnega posega in po njem. V prvem delu diplomske naloge bomo opisali anatomijo spodnje okončine, diagnostiko zlomov spodnjih okončin in zdravljenje zlomov spodnjih okončin. V drugem delu diplomske naloge pa bomo predstavili zgodovinski razvoj zdravstvene nege, proces zdravstvene nege ter obravnavo bolnika po konceptualnem modelu Virginije Henderson in teoriji motivacije. Predstavili bomo tudi nekaj najpogostejših negovalnih diagnoz, ki so značilne za bolnika po zlomu spodnjih okončin, ter predstavili možne pooperativne komplikacije.

Secondary abstract:	The aim of the thesis is to present a patient with lower-extremity fractures and typical nursing diagnoses which occur in such patients. The specifies of medical care of patients with lower-extremity fractures have been described from the admission and check-up in the surgical emergency room to and after surgical procedure. The first part of the thesis describes the anatomy of the lower extremity, the diagnostics of lower-extremity fractures and their treatment. The second part of the thesis introduces the historical development of nursing, the process of nursing and treatment of patients according to Virginia Henderson's conceptual model and theory of motivation. Some of the most common nursing diagnoses, typical of patients with lower-extremity fractures will be introduced as well as possible post-operative complications.
