Abstract

Zaključno delo z naslovom Aktivnosti za razvijanje naravoslovnih kompetenc v predšolskem obdobju - od spontanega raziskovanja do načrtovanih fizikalnih dejavnosti v vrtcu je teoretične narave s praktičnimi primeri spontanih in načrtovanih fizikalnih dejavnosti iz vsakdanjega življenja in dela vzgojiteljice v skupini predšolskih otrok v vrtcu. Namen zaključnega dela je raziskati možnosti razvoja naravoslovnih kompetenc v predšolskem obdobju z različnimi spontanimi in spodbujenimi aktivnostmi. Posebno pozornost smo namenili fizikalnim dejavnostim in skozi študij literature poglobili znanje na tem področju in na podlagi praktičnih primerov približali načine za načrtovanje fizikalnih dejavnosti v vrtcu na podlagi spontanega raziskovanja s področja naravoslovja in fizike. Podrobneje smo preučili in predstavili razvoj otrokovih kompetenc, sposobnosti in pridobivanja znanja na področju naravoslovja, ki se krepi ob naravoslovnih dejavnostih in je zanj zelo pomembno, da se začne že v otroštvu.

Secondary abstract: The thesis titled Activities for Developing Natural Science Competences in the Pre-School Period - from Spontaneous Exploration to Planned Physics Activities in Kindergarten is theoretical in nature as well as includes practical examples of spontaneous and planned physical activities from everyday life and work of a kindergarten teacher working with a group of pre-school children in kindergarten. The aim of this thesis is to examine the opportunities for developing natural science competences in the pre-school period through various spontaneous and prompted activities. A special focus was given to physics activities. We expanded the knowledge in this field through literature review and on the basis of practical examples described the methods for planning physics activities in kindergarten, the core element of which is spontaneous exploration in the field of natural science and physics. We examined and presented in more detail the development of children's competences, abilities, and knowledge acquisition in the field of natural science, which is reinforced through natural science activities. It is of key importance that such activities are initiated in childhood.
