Abstract
Motivacija je zelo pomembna za ukvarjanje s športom in je zelo pomembna pri doseganju ciljev, ki si jih zadamo iz športnega vidika. Prav zato je ena od najpogosteje obravnavanih tem na področju športa, saj je motivacija pogoj za to, da se posameznik sploh začne ukvarjati s športno dejavnostjo. Poznamo notranjo in zunanjo obliko motivacije. Pri notranji motivaciji prihaja želja po športnem udejstvovanju iz posameznika samega, ženejo ga neki notranji goni, za zunanjo motivacijo pa je značilno, da pobuda, dražljaj ali pritisk prihajajo nekje od zunaj, velikokrat je prisotno tudi nagrajevanje. Gibanje je za otroka zelo pomembno, podobno kot dihanje, hrana in na primer igra. Predvsem je gibanje pomembno v prvih letih otrokovega življenja, ko se hitro razvija na gibalnem, čustvenem, družbenem in kognitivnem nivoju. Otrok gibanje nujno potrebuje vsak dan, saj tako sprošča nakopičeno energijo, se giblje in na tak način skrbi za svoje zdravje in dobro fizično počutje, ob gibanju pa spoznava tudi vrtčevske prijatelje in ustvarja ter razvija odnose z njimi. Podobno kot pri igri, ki je, enako kot gibanje, za otroka nujno potrebna. To je zanj najboljši in najlažji način za odkrivanje sveta, saj se otrok s pomočjo igre uči in razvija na najrazličnejših področjih. Za otroka in njegovo ukvarjanje oziroma ne ukvarjanje s športnimi dejavnostmi so zelo pomembni starši in vzgojitelji, saj so prav oni tisti, ki odločajo o tem, če in koliko se bo otrok gibal. Starši in vzgojitelji, ki visoko cenijo športno udejstvovanje in želijo to pravilno in pozitivno razmišljanje prenesti na otroka, so na dobri poti, da otroku pomagajo, da bo vzljubil šport in se športno udejstvoval, kolikor bo le mogoče. Želimo si, da bi bilo takšnih staršev in vzgojitelj čim več, saj se dobro zavedamo, kako zelo pomemben vpliv ima gibanje na otroka. V diplomski nalogi smo raziskali pomen gibanja za otroka in njegov razvoj na vseh področjih, kakšno vlogo imajo pri tem starši in vzgojitelji, kako pomembna je ob tem za otroka motivacija, kakšen pomen ima za otroka družina in ukvarjanje oziroma neukvarjanje z gibalnimi dejavnostmi v okviru družine, raziskali pa smo tudi, kakšen je dober vzgojitelj in kakšen pomen ima za otroka igra. Upamo, da bo diplomska naloga pomagala kakšnemu staršu doma in vzgojitelju v vrtcu, da uvidi zelo velik pomen gibanja in omogočanja gibalnih dejavnosti za otroka in njegov razvoj na vseh področjih, ob tem pa tudi, kako zelo pomembna je pri tem motivacija, za katero morajo predvsem v prvih letih otrokovega življenja poskrbeti le ti, starši in vzgojitelji.

Participating in sports activities involves motivation as one of the most important factors in achieving the goals that are set in terms of sport achievements. Motivation is a prerequisite for an individual to start doing sports. Therefore, it is one of the most frequently discussed topics in the field discussed. There are two types of motivation: internal and external. With internal motivation, the desire to participate in sports comes from the individual himself/herself, driven by some internal drive. On the other hand, external motivation is characterized by the fact that the initiative, stimulus or pressure comes from outside, and quite often, participating in sports includes rewarding. Movement is very important for a child's development, moreover, it is e.g. as necessary as breathing, food supply and playing. Movement is especially important in the first years of the child's life, when it develops rapidly on the motor, emotional, socialization and cognitive levels. The child just needs movement every day, as it is a way of releasing the accumulated energy, keeping healthy and keeping physical well-being. While moving, children in kindergarten get to know their friends, build and develop relationships with them. The same skills can be acquired by playing, which is also essential for a child's development, and is the best and the easiest way for children to discover the world. Through play, children learn and develop in a variety of areas. Parents and educators are very important for the child's involvement or non-involvement in sports activities, as they are the ones who decide if and how much the child will move. Parents and educators who value sports and want to pass such an attitude onto their children are well on their way to helping their child fall in love with sports and play sports as much as possible. Such parents and educators should be in great numbers, as we are well aware of the importance of movement in the child's development. In the present thesis, the importance of movement for the child's development in all areas was researched, i.e. we focused on the role of parents and educators, the role of motivation, and the role of families and their involvement or non-involvement in physical activities within the family. Moreover, we also investigated the qualities of a good educator and the significance of playing. We hope that this thesis will help some parents and kindergarten teachers to realize the great importance of movement and physical activities, and therefore the importance of their implementation and execution for the child's all-round development. Moreover, we hope to spread the findings of a high importance of motivation and the importance of the parents' and educators' role in this area, especially during the child's first years – parents and educators are those who should provide for it. |
