Povzetek
Namen magistrskega dela z naslovom Vzpostavljanje in ohranjanje komunikacije s starši in otroki v vrtcu v obdobju karantene je podrobno analizirati vlogo vzgojiteljev pri vzpostavljanju in ohranjanju komunikacije s starši in otroki ter ugotoviti, na kakšen način in kako pogosto je potekala komunikacija v obdobju karantene med vzgojitelji in starši oziroma otroki. Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. Teoretični del je zasnovan na obsežni strokovni literaturi, ki zajema čas epidemije Covid-19, komunikacije ter sodelovanje s starši v vrtcu. Raziskovalni del temelji na hipotezah, ki so oblikovale anketni vprašalnik. Bistvo celotnega magistrskega dela je ugotoviti, ali hipoteze držijo ali ne. Dve hipotezi smo potrdili ter dve smo zavrnili, saj nismo opazili statističnih značilnih razlik. Ugotovili smo, da je komunikacija pomembna za prenos informacij in ohranitev stikov s starši in otroki. Vzgojitelji vseh starosti so redno vzpostavljali stike, kljub odsotnosti otrok v vrtcu. S starši otrok so se najpogosteje pogovarjali o dejavnostih in aktivnostih za otroke, o poteku in organizaciji dela v vrtcu v času epidemije ter o higieni in higienskih ukrepih v vrtcu in doma. Ugotovili smo, da je možno s pomočjo komunikacij zaznati pri ljudeh znake straha ali depresije, zato je komunikacija pomemben del našega vsakdanjega življenja in s komunikacijo si lahko pomagamo, predvsem v obdobju epidemije, ko so osebni stiki v ozadju. Pandemija bolezni COVID-19 je v vsakdanje življenje ljudi vnesla mnogo sprememb in izzivov. Zaradi hitrega širjenja bolezni so bile države primorane sprejemati različne ukrepe in prilagoditve. Ljudje se tako niso soočali zgolj z zdravstveno grožnjo, temveč so morali življenje in navade prilagoditi sprejetim ukrepom in priporočilom za preprečevanje širjenja bolezni. Čas epidemije in ukrepi so v veliki večini viri stresa, predvsem za starše in otroke. Starši se in se še bodo na vzgojitelje obračali z različnimi vprašanji, dilemami in strahovi, ob tem je pomembno, da vzgojitelji učinkovito komunicirajo in sodelujejo s starši in so pri komunikaciji pozitivno naravnani.

The purpose of the master's thesis entitled Establishing and Maintaining Communication with Parents and Kindergarten Children During Quarantine Time is to thoroughly analyse the role of educators in establishing and maintaining communication with parents and the children and to determine in what way and how often communication took place during the quarantine period between educators and parents or children. The master's thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part is based on extensive professional literature, which covers the time of the Covid-19 epidemic, communication and cooperation with parents in kindergarten. The research part is based on the hypotheses that formed the survey questionnaire. The point of the entire master's thesis is to determine whether the hypotheses are true or not. Two hypotheses were confirmed and two were disproved as no statistically significant differences were found. We concluded that communication is important for transmitting information and maintaining contact with parents and children. Educators of all ages made regular contacts, despite the absence of children in kindergarten. With the parents of the children, it is most often discussed about activities for children, about the course and organization of work in the kindergarten during the epidemic, and about hygiene and hygienic measures in the kindergarten and at home. We have found that communication can detect signs of fear or depression in people, which is why it is an important part of our daily lives, and we can help each other through communication, especially during the epidemic, when personal contacts are in the background. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many changes and challenges to people's daily lives. Due to the rapid spread of the disease, countries have been forced to take various measures and adjustments. Thus, people were faced not only with a health threat, but also had to adapt their lives and habits to the measures and recommendations taken to prevent the spread of the disease. Epidemic time and measures are in the vast majority sources of stress, especially for parents and children. Parents turn and will continue to turn to educators with various questions, dilemmas, and fears, so it is important that educators communicate and cooperate effectively with the parents and are positive in their communication. |
