Abstract

Tema diplomskega dela je vodenje Javne agencije za raziskovalno dejavnost Republike Slovenije v času epidemije COVID-19. Današnji čas je zaznamovala nalezljiva bolezen COVID-19, ki jo povzroča virus SARS-CoV-2, njenemu izbruhu je sledila svetovna zdravstvena kriza. Svetovna zdravstvena organizacija (WHO) je razglasila pandemijo in s tem se je za ljudi in organizacije začela nova normalnost. V zelo kratkem času smo se morali prilagoditi novim razmeram. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika smo raziskali, kako se je z zdravstveno krizo soočilo vodstvo agencije in kako so vse to doživljali zaposleni v agenciji. Na podlagi raziskave ugotavljamo, da se je vodstvo agencije uspešno odzvalo na zdravstveno krizo in podajamo nekaj priporočil, kako obstoječe stanje še izboljšati. Opažamo, da zaposlenim največ pomenita dobri medsebojni odnosi na delovnem mestu in primerna komunikacija. Z opravljanjem dela na domu, kot enim izmed ključnih ukrepov v času epidemije COVID-19, nimajo posebnih težav in so takšen način dela dobro sprejeli.

Secondary abstract: The topic of the diploma thesis is the management of the Slovenian Research Agency during the COVID-19 epidemic. The year 2020 was marked by the infectious disease COVID-19, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, followed by a global health crisis. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared a pandemic and a new normality began for people and organizations. In a very short time, we have had to adjust to the new situation. A questionnaire was used to research how the agency`s management confronted the health crisis and how the agency`s employees experienced the whole situation. Based on the research, it has been found that the management of the agency has successfully responded to the health crisis, and a few recommendations are given on how to improve the current situation. It has been noticed that good workplace relationships and appropriate communication mean the most to employees. They do not have any special problems with working from home as one of the key measures during the COVID-19 epidemic, and they have accepted this way of working well.
