Secondary abstract: | With regard to the ethical use of language, people with special needs are particularly vulnerable, since when writing or speaking about them it is all too easy to stray into the domain of stereotypes, generalisations and prejudices. Through discourse analysis, this paper analyses online discussions in which there are examples of the excessive stereotyping of people with special needs. |
